With the new Bodycraft X4 Multi Gym you can perform over 100 plus exercises. It has 4 200 Lb. weight stacks so 4 to 8 users can work out at the same time. The X4 is rated light commercial so it will work great in an apartment clubhouse, corporate gym, police / fire dept., school, hotel, personal training studio, or for your families home fitness room.
The X4 is 3 gyms in one unit:
1. A fully versatile selectorized multi gym
- Chest Press / Rows - Lets you do flat, incline, and decline presses. The adjustable back pad provides full support for incline and decline exercises. Press arm also adjusts for Mid Rows
- Leg Extension / Leg Curl - Self aligning foam pad to work Quads and Ham Strings
- Ab Crunch - Mid pulley to work Abs. Also great for Tricep Extensions.
- Lat Pull Down - Works upper back . Also Tricep push downs
- Leg Press - The 2:1 ratio pulley gives you up to 400 Lbs. of resistance. Works your full leg muscles. Great training for sports like football, basketball, soccer, etc.
2. A Hi Low adjustable double pulley - You can perform countless exercises with the Hi Low pulley system.
